setting the record straight........

for some unknown reason people are assuming that i built my new layout all by myself. i want to take this time to set record straight once and for all...

i hired chuck stansberry, a long time friend and fellow track builder to come down and help me do what i wanted to do. i gave chuck some general ideas and then turned him loose. i did help him move the dirt and we discussed what was going in but it was chucks vision that i was paying for. he builds some of the most versitile tracks i have ever seen and is wonderfully creative.

chuck is a sx specialist. he is much better at laying out the kind of track that i invisioned for here. i like the way his mind works and i trust him completely. thats why i hired him.

if i had wanted a "jiffy" layout i would have just left the track as it was. but i needed something built that i honestly couldnt do all by myself. i recommend chuck to anyone who looking for a great track builder. he has the experiance and know-how to do a first rate job...

to the guys who said it couldnt be done...well it got done today!! paul justice came out and rode some today. he blitzed them on 3rd lap......

i gotta say i was nervous but he seemed to hit them just fine. like most of the track it just looked alot more evil than it realy was....

i will be having a few more riders out this week if anyone would like to come out and ride some.

Aden de jager was kind enough to video a hot lap around the new sx track for me. he has it up on youtube so all you guys can go and check it out! i hope you like what you see in the video and hope that you will take a trip to jiffyland to ride it!

when he was here filming we hadnt built the whoops yet. they are since in and are same level as rest of the track. so far everyone who has seen it in person has flipped out on it. first thing they say is "looks like ga dome sx!!"

new track layout here at jiffyland

we have done a completely new layout here at jiffyland. we have built the only real and true sx track in the state. the dimensions and gaps are as exact as i can make it to all out pro sport supercross without killing anyone. it is without a doubt the wickedest sx track i have ever seen!! we have it set up where you can ride a mx loop or a sx loop or both can be riden as one complete track.

hope all of you will stop by and see the track and come join us for a fun day of riding at the best "little track" around! ;}

Just a quick thanks to Jiffy, stopped by last saturday to ride but broke rule #1... Didn't call before showing up, knew i was in trouble when i turned in and noticed the track was VERY different, in a GOOD way, but it also was NOT done. After talking to jiffy for a few minutes he told me to go ahead and let the kids ride awhile on the outer loop, which is alomst complete but not groomed, said that chuck would be out soon to continue work but until then they could try out the new stuff, he didn't have to do that but he showed what a true supporter of our sport he is...

cant wait to get back out there when its all done, it looks like its gonna kick ass..

yes folks i have been absent from the net for awhile now. after the foul,underhanded dealings with the folks at semx i have had a horriable taste in my mouth for anything involving the net. i havent even been on my own site!
